As part of our ongoing commitment to our clients, Restoration Sciences has LEED Accredited Professionals that can provide project guidance or work with LEED project managers to meet the energy and environmental goals of new and existing buildings.

Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ)

Proactive and incident response services to assess and correct IEQ problems. We provide periodic proactive IEQ testing to document environmental and comfort conditions for our Clients as part of facility management and marketing.  We also provide incident response IEQ testing should an unexpected event or catastrophe occur.

Mechanical Systems Hygiene And Performance

We understand the role of HVAC systems in building performance and the indoor environment.  Our personnel evaluate HVAC system performance and develop corrective action plans.  Cleanliness and proper operation of HVAC systems are inter-related.  Our personnel assess and develop cleaning plans for both large and small-scale mechanical systems.  We have long standing working relationships with mechanical contractors to provide turnkey services.

Microbial Contamination

We are specialists in the assessment, evaluation, and remediation of microbial contamination in buildings. Our services include mold and bacteria contamination, sewage backflows, bioterrorism responses, and catastrophe response to hurricanes and floods.  We provide on-site optical microscopy services to provide our clients with timely analysis.

Catastrophe Response

We provide catastrophic contingency planning and response.  We work with building owners and managers to proactively develop plans to assess and minimize damages and lost time resulting from hurricanes, floods and other disasters.  If disasters do strike, we commit to our clients to respond as soon as possible and assist them for as long as necessary to restore their facility to acceptable operating condition.

Specialty Cleaning and Housekeeping

We provide consulting services in the cleaning of specialty environments such as healthcare, pharmaceutical, and industrial facilities.  We work with our clients to understand the role of proper housekeeping in maintaining good IEQ conditions.
